What region of Iran is Kabab Kishmish from? I’ve never heard of it.

That’s a good question because I don’t know either. I always thought it originated from Northeast of Iran Mashad but when I Googled it nothing even remotely close came up anywhere! I know my grandmother used to make it and she had lived in Iraq so maybe it came from there. It’s probably not an Iranian dish and now you got me curious to find out where this recipe originated from :).
